The airflow duct mount sensor has been developed to monitor airflows or ducts while allowing easy access to the sensor for maintenance. It is mounted on the outside of the duct, and a pitot type sample tube extends into the duct. The airflow goes in one leg of the pitot up into the sensor box, where the sensor head lies, and back out into the duct.
